Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you will be delighted with your Selkia purchase. As a small business we are not able to accept return for change of mind. We will offer the following within 30 days:
- Refund – we cannot accept returns on skincare or beauty tools due to hygiene laws.
- Exchange/store credit - if product is faulty with proof of faults sent via clear photos to our team at email@example.com
Our products come with the consumer guarantees found in the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, including guarantees that the products will be of acceptable quality.
Where a product is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty may not apply, and Selkia may choose not to provide a refund, exchange or repair (if applicable).
Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded or limited and are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties or extended warranties purchased by, or given to, you.
