Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you will be delighted with your beautiful Eco Turtle Life or Eco Turtle Skincare purchase. As a small business we are not able to accept return for change of mind. We will offer the following within 30 days:
- Refund – if product is returned un-used and is in a new, unused and resaleable condition (excludes Beauty Buds)
- Exchange/store credit - if product is faulty with proof of faults sent via clear photos to our team at ecoturtlelife@gmail.com
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
VIA POST
- Check that you meet the above return conditions.
- Please contact our team at ecoturtlelife@gmail.com to agree the return conditions
- Organise your own shipping via your preferred method, please remember to keep the tracking number
- We will process the return as per the conditions within 7 working days
CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Our products come with the consumer guarantees found in the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, including guarantees that the products will be of acceptable quality.
Where a product is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty may not apply, and Eco Turtle Life may choose not to provide a refund, exchange or repair (if applicable).
Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded or limited and are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties or extended warranties purchased by, or given to, you.
PRIVACY
Eco Turtle Life is committed to protecting your privacy. You may be asked to provide valid photo identification when returning a product so that we can record your name, address and other identification details. The Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) collected will be stored and used in accordance with the Eco Turtle Life Privacy Policy
