What shipping providers do you use?

We use carbon-neutral shipping providers for most of our deliveries. For rural Australia, we use Australia Post. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number so please use that as your first point of call.

How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping option chosen. Once your order is processed (1-2 days), you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your package's journey. For most metro locations, shipping can take between 3-7 days, for rural areas up to 10 days (including WA) and International, up to 25 days for delivery.

Are there additional fees for rural shipping?

At this time, rural costs are significantly higher but Selkia will cover this cost and you will still pay $12.00. Any additional costs in the future will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we do, although please note the price and time are higher than regular domestic shipping.

What is carbon-neutral shipping?

Carbon-neutral shipping means that the carbon emissions produced during the shipping process are offset, typically through initiatives like tree planting or investing in renewable energy sources.

My package hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

What if I don't receive my package?

If the shipping company has confirmed your package is lost then please contact us directly. As we arew a small business, we will try our best to get to the bottom of the issue. If the package was not able to be delivered and was not collected on time from the pick up location, then we are happy to replace the items but at the cost to the customer. If the package is lost due to no fault of the customer, then we will launch a claim and replace your items.

What if my package arrives damaged?

We prioritise the safety of your products during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Note that once an order has been shipped, we might not be able to make changes.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes, you can select 'express' shipping at a higher cost and these are shipped using Australia Post.
