We charge per order weight which fits into two categories. Please see the table below for further details. Including International.

Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays).
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Christmas etc.), due to wild weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Eco Turtle Life’s reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from the Gold Coast, Queensland and so Queensland public holidays could impact delivery times.
DISPATCH TIMES
We endeavour to process and dispatch all online orders within 1 business day from the order being placed unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.
Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays), dispatch times may be longer.
SAME DAY DISPATCH
Orders placed before 8am AEST on Monday to Friday may be eligible to same day dispatch.
Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays), same day dispatch may not be applicable whilst our team prepare your order.
PACKAGING OPTIONS
We are happy to do a special sustainable gift wrap for your order but please allow potentially an extra day extra for handling. Our standard Eco Turtle Life packaging comes beautifully packed in a recycled Kraft paper box in either brown or white lined with tissue paper and biodegradable filling. Everything is thought out to make sure it's either safe to recycle or can biodegrade.
TRACKING
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed.
You can track the progress of your order through the shipping confirmation email where you will receive the tracking number and courier name. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder first, if you cannot find it please contact us direct at ecoturtlelife@gmail.com.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)?
To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, all deliveries (at your delivery address or at the Post Office) will no longer require a signature. A courier or staff member will ask and record your name and acknowledge delivery in the system. Someone will need to be at the delivery address for this to occur, otherwise standard delivery procedures apply.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with its own delivery address.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us direct at ecoturtlelife@gmail.com. If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you. Please remember to double-check your order shipping address. If this is incorrect, we will try our best to retrieve the order but this may result in a new shipping cost. If we need to send you a new parcel and the shipping address is at the fault of the buyer then a new order must be placed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
This includes New Zealand.
We are proud to ship globally up to 1kg. We are looking into options for shipping over that in the near future.
Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
